Delivery and Returns


We offer Free UK delivery via Hermes courier service, which takes on average 2-3 working days. Although most items are dispatched within 7 days, due to each item being made to order please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

On the rare occasion that materials are out of stock we will contact you to discuss alternative options.


As we are a boutique retailer all our pieces are handmade to order.  Due to been bespoke pieces if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will be more than happy to exchange the item. Unfortunately, it is only under the instance that your item is incorrect/faulty that we would be able to offer a refund.

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange the exchange of the item (s). To do this simply send us a message quoting your name, address, details of the product and the reason you are requesting an exchange/replacement.

The order must be sent back to us in it’s original, unworn condition and with all of it’s packaging as received. If there are signs of wear or abuse the item will be returned to the buyer.

Please note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, we advise using Special Delivery, with the appropriate cover amount and keep proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. Returns are sent at your expense and will need to be returned within 14 days from delivery.

Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the order you received was sent in error or is faulty (providing we are notified of faults within 7 days of receipt).

Any refunds will be issued within 28 days of receipt of the return, via the same payment method.
